Getting data out of corrupt cd

I'm trying to retrieve my outlook.pst archive file out of a backup cd I made a couple months ago.

When I try to copy out of the cd, it nearly finishes and ends with an error message "Data error (cyclic redundancy check)"

Any clever ideas on how I can at least get some data out of this file? I wish I can partition the file or something to be able to retrieve portions of it. My IT department doesn't have any ideas...
