getting CRC errors when trying to install 3dmark05

I downloaded both files twice from different locations, and in both cases I get the same CRC error at the end of the installation saying somthing about 3dmark0X.dat does not match the one in the installations cab... or somthing like this.
I don't know what de-hell's going on... Is it xp sp2 that is messed up? is the firewall preventing proper download? should I disable something for it to install?? HELP!
