Getting coolbits to 1A

In one of my previous posts someone mentioned having to edit coolbits to 1A in order to overclock both 7950GX2 cards.

What are the steps in doing this.

And does anyone know if this works with the newest drivers 91.31

If you already have coolbits installed, just browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \SOFTWARE \NVIDIA Corporation \Global \NVTweak, expand it by hitting the +, and you should see coolbits. Just edit it, to 1A to set clocks for the two cards at the same time.
