Getting Connection was Reset error across all browsers

Does anyone know why only one site is giving me this error across all my browsers? I've tried Chrome, Firefox, IE, and PaleMoon, but I get the same error. I was told by another member at another site to add the main forum page to my exceptions in my antivirus and that seems to work, but every time I try to navigate past the main forum page, I get this error. I have to use my laptop (same connection, same ISP, same browsers, older OS) to post anything here. Every other website works perfectly fine but for whatever reason this one just keeps giving me this stupid error on my main PC.

Any ideas? I've tried whitelisting specific links to threads but that doesn't work.

I had similar case and it ended up being my email address was blacklisted by the site I was trying to reach and if your unable to contact that site to fix the problem you can do like did and use a different email address.
