Getting BSOD frequently

This is the error I keep getting. I've asked a few friends and the directed me here. I think it might be one of my fans not working right? It shuts off and on randomly and speeds up and speeds down a lot. It also makes a loud noise but I think that's just the bearing. I believe my only out of date driver is my GPU, which is an AMD.

Make and model of your GPU? What are your temps? When do you typically see the BSOD occur? You can get the temperature information from a program like HWInfo and it'll also tell us other components on the build. Not enough information to go on currently. It could be the card itself is faulty, fan(s) are faulty or something altogether different.

If you were using beta drivers then revert back to your old drivers.
Some pc builders are in a rush to get things done asap and never install the base motherboard drivers because they think WIndows 7 will get them all but they should never rely on that then they install video and sound drivers and then things seem right but in reality the chipset drivers are not proper.

My temps are 24 C for my CPU, 30 C for my MB, 42 C for my GPU and 34 C for my HDD. Note I've been running this all day and playing games. My GPU is a AMD R9 270. I see the BSOD usually around night and I don't know what programs could cause it. I'm usually watching Netflix or Youtube around then.
