Getting BSOD after System Restore

How far back was the restore? Consider the restore will "restore" windows files, but maybe not all game-relevant files.

Was this error the reason you did the restore in the first place?

I would start with a drive scan for bad/corrupted files as the problem has persisted through a restore it's like hardware related.
Type "sfc /scannow" in cmd and check results.
To help eliminate ram, in the Windows Start search bar type "memory " and choose "Windows Memory Diagnostic" and see what that reports.

Also you may want to do a clean graphics driver install, uninstalling the drivers first.

The BSOD looks to be due to a bad driver or bad memory stick. At this point, it's a general dump and future dumps may reveal more info. If there are more dumps with different into, take a look at them. I find that programs call WhoCrashed and BlueScreenView are the most helpful at finding the cause of these. Your minidump files were helpful, but it is better to run on the PC with the issue since it has the full dump file.

If the system is still under warranty, it may be time to get CyberPowerPC involved.
