My computer was working just fine and then it popped up a blue screen, i restarted it thinking everything would be ok and then i got this screen -

I managed to get windows to boot back up and after a few minutes this came up

When i restarted after that message i get this

so some windows system files are missing or corrupt? How could this have happened unless i got some nasty virus. Im guessing im going to have to reinstall windows 🙁

EDIT: Well after some restarts windows decided to boot up again....but then gave me some blue screens. I just took out a stick of ram that i had recently put in and now it seems to work fine. I guess the ram may have gone bad?

I would hold the Rosewill PSU highly suspect. If you have any spare, known good PSU,
hook it up. It does not have to be installed in the case for a test run.

Inspect the mainboard for bulging or leaking caps. If the Rosewill PSU is over a year old,
it too may have this known problem.

I just took out a stick of 512mb that i had recently put in and things seem to have stopped. Ill give it a while to be sure, but it seems like it was that RAM. Multiple errors came up in memtest and ive RMA'd it. Thanks for the help
