getting beer dropped off when your roomate's parents are here = not cool

Lifer
so a little while ago my friend gives me a call and says someone is going to be dropping something off at my place because said friend isn't home. i don't think much of it because it's really no big deal since we live in the same apartment building. so the transporter arrives at my place with 2 cases of beer and my roomate's parents just *happen* to be here helping him pack to move out looking confused as the alcohol is carried to *my* room. well at least he is moving out so i won't have to see them much after today. i'm so happy school is out.

College students drink copious amounts of beer. If your roommates parents don't know this they should be flayed, drawn and quartered and the remnants of their pathetic bodies fed to starving coyotes.

I don't see what the problem is. You two are grown adults?

no we are 3 under-age college students.

Wow, you thought that through well /end sarcasm

thought what through? should i have pyschic powers that let me know that alcohol is being transported here?

to happypuppy, my roomate actually doesn't drink and his parents are quite conservative in that regard.

Why the hell did you take them to your room? If they were his, dump the crap in his room and let his parents deal with him like a man! If he's old enough to be drinking, he's old enough to take responsibility for himself.

ok maybe i didn't clarify.

the beer belongs to no one in this apartment. it belongs to a friend that lives 2 floors above. said friend isn't home and asked for me to keep it at my place until he got back. this was before i knew it was beer. removing it now is fruitless since the parents already saw it.

jasonxtreme, meet winkosmosis. though he is banned from atot now, he doesn't drink like a fish and is, in fact, a college student.

Introduce me to a college student who doesnt drink like a fish

they exist, but every stereotype has a grain of truth and the drunk college student is no exception.

The guys in my Chem E department are BIG drinkers...in fact, we won the inter-departmental drinking competition this year😎

That said, hdeck's friend probably should have said WHAT they were going to drop off, since he IS underage.

so it turns out my friend didn't tell me what it was because his girlfriend's parents were in the room when he called. lol, this is the most fun i've had all day!
