Getting annoyed with an eBayer

Steve

Lifer
On Dec. 3rd I won four auctions from the same seller, each for a 512MB DIMM of Corsair PC3200 Reg. ECC RAM. Yeah, he should have just done a Dutch auction, but oh well. Anyway, I paid immediately after he gave me a total incl. 50% off shipping.

A week later, no delivery or even a tracking number, so I emailed him. That must have reminded him to ship as the next day (the 11th) I got an email with a tracking number saying delivery was scheduled for that week, and it did arrive (on the 14th).

I left him four positive feedbacks, one for each auction, and emailed him a note of thanks and would he mind doing the same for me? He replied with "That is good news. You got one heck of a deal on that RAM! I hope the RAM is trouble-free for you. I will leave positive feedback soon."

He still hasn't. Yesterday I emailed him a polite, gentle reminder. Still nothing. I think after spending $262 four positive feedbacks are warranted.

Cliffs:
-won four eBay auctions from same seller Dec. 3rd
-seller shipped over a week later, after I reminded him
-left him four positive feedbacks and awaiting the same
-still waiting...

He probably hasn't had anything to sell on ebay so he hasn't been on the internet to read your e-mail. You know as crazy as it sounds some people don't get on the internet everyday.

Don't sweat it! Feedback on ebay is optional(not required) and many are not diligent about it, and many more will never leave feedback. Just move on, if he never leaves you feedback and you don't like it, don't buy from him again.

some people leave feedback in batches after a few weeks, maybe he waits until he's got a load to do and does it all at once? I wouldn't worry too much about it at the moment
