Getting an X2 4600+, get the 89W or 65W version??

I'm about to order, and i think i should get the newer 65Watt version, but is there any reason to think about the older 89Watt version??

less TDP = less heat outputed = cooler your chip will run = sometimes also means higher overclock due to that reason.. but thats sometimes.....

cool, thanks for the replies, i think i'll go the energy efficient route and get the 65Watter.

Not a bad little chip for $109 retail boxed :)
