So I don't play many games lately with finishing up school. So I sold my 7800gt for what I paid for it. I did about 30mins of research and came to the conclusion of a 1600pro. Now I ask you what is better for less money? $100 is my cap. No less than 8pipes. The Card I picked Might go for this One instead.

Technically, the x1600 cards have 12 pixel shaders and 4 texture units, so it can act as having anywhere from 4 - 12 pipes, depending on the shader load. But since it's under $100 and you dont plan on gaming much, it looks like the best card for the money.

eVGA has a nice 7600GS model that has a 550mhz clock speed with 12 pixel pipelines, which goes on and off sale anywhere from $99-$115 AR. I'd recommend that.

I would recommend the 7600GS over the X1600Pro. If you can spare the extra ~$20
