Getting an athlon 64 3200+

I'm not getting a new psu just yet and going to use my current psu. what i'm checking is does a intel celeron 1.7 ghz require an atx 12v like the athlon? because if they does.. I have a cpu ready for it or must I use my psu that my new case comes with... the wattage of my current one is 420. Its an okia

where do I find that out?
i'm not good at reading labels..

Edit.. I see a +3.3 then a +5 then a +12.. under the +12 is 18A
