Well, everything went well.
It was kinda hard waking up because the room was spinning.
I was very close to throwing up in the car but I didnt. Dont know why though....maybe it was from the spinning objects when I opened my eyes. They were not impacted so I was lucky.

This was my experiance:
-Sitting in a chair waiting for the Surgeon
-He finally came in and told me what to do after the teeth came out.
-They hooked an IV to me, then they put something in the IV.
-A few seconds later, I got dizzy and laid my head back.
-I woke up and that was it. I dont even remember going to sleep.

It was fun in my opinion. My whole face is numb, up to my ears.
I'm also starving but I cannot eat anything yet until tommorow.

Ask for the Norco 10mg afterwards.....you'll thank me...

Norco = Vicodin with the least amount of tylenol and most amount of the good stuff...

Heh.... It took longer for the novocain to kick in(getting knocked out is for wimps ;)) than it took for me to get my wisdom teeth pulled. The only annoying part afterwards was that food would get stuck in the holes the teeth left, although they eventually healed over.

It's not going to be fun when the local wears off. Especially if any of the teeth cracked on the way out.

If you are like me it is painless and you'll have a lot of Vicodin left over.. :-D

good luck. your life is gonna suck for the next few days

since when does being on painkillers suck?

Painkillers have side effects or sometimes do not have the full effect. I usually require 3x the normal dosage levels for medications to have a normal effect on me. The Vicodin did not work as well as it should have and gave me killer migranes. In addition, I was on Vicodin for about 9 days after the procedure as I was still in pain.

Anyways, good luck. The procedure itself is fine, I never felt a thing at all. I had mine done last month.

heh, on the way out after the procedure (while I was still under the influence of the sedative), I kept telling my mom I could walk on my own. Afterwards, I realized that I looked like one of the guys busted for a DUI with a blood alcohol level of .3 and telling the officers that they only had one drink.
