Getting a White screen when using Flash!? Please help

I found a program called Quick Hide IP and I wanted to test it because it sounded interesting.

I didn't find it useful, so I uninstalled it.

Ever since, I'm having issues with Youtube, everytime I start Youtube I get a white screen (see screenshot below).

It's not only youtube though, it seems to be a Flash-related thing in general, as my flash movies on my website also refuse to work.

(not all my website films are directly from youtube, some are just uploaded directly from my harddisk, but they are all in flash, as the website doesn't support any other format)

* I already ran KIS, MBAM and SAS... but they can't find anything.

I am running Windows 7 64 bit and my browser is Firefox 11
