Getting a new dual AMD box

IM getting a new amd rig. Im planning on overclocking 2 1700's or 2500's.
I plan on getting the MSI K7D Master-L.
Is the one without the LAN better for overclocking or what. i hear in the formus that people are complaining about the version with the LAN and they are wishing that they got the the striped down version.
Any comments?

How are you going to overclock the chips???

Dual Athlon boards do not support chaning the Multiplier and they can't use to much Mhz over stock. I have built several 760MPX systems and non have been made for overclocking.

I was going to do the pin mod instructed

Here

It will automatically give me the volt and multiplier i need, from there i can just up the FSB

Changing the multiplier and voltage will work OK, BUT 760MPX boards do not like much more Mhz over 133Mhz. So don't get your hopes up there.
