Hi,

I'm about to put together a system and I had my heart set on a black Antec SX1040B case. My problem is that all of the drives including a Digital Doc 5 are beige. Would you still get the black Antec case or just get the beige one if all your drives are beige? Remember.. In case you're not familiar with the Antec 1040 (can't see how you couldn't be), it has a door to cover the drives..

Please give me your opinions...

Thanks,

Sal

I've got that case and there's a door on the frint that'll cover your drives... the case rocks and is very sleek and elegant
in charcoal black !

Check out your local computer show. I picked up a really nice looking, solid case for $10 + $15 for a 350W (AMD approved) = $25 cash. I didn't even pay taxes on it! The case retails for more then $40 alone at www.colorcases.com, and that's without a power supply. You can find some really great deals on nice cases when you stop in at local computer shows.

Well.. Considering that I was just asking a cosmetics question, I thought I'd ask the question on the OT forum. What? Not off-topic enough for you? ;)

Thanks for the advice. I'll probably grab the black case anyway even if all my drives are beige. I'll be looking at the case with the door closed most of the time anyway and the black case looks great IMO.
