Hey everyone ^_^

I'm currently in college right now, and I know I need some job experience, but it seems you need experience to get experience these days.

I would love to have a part time job, in some kind of corporate environment (a little more formal) as my major is Business/Hospitality.

I do have hotel experience since I have a lot of family in the industry. Just not sure howto go about searching for a more corporate job.

College Career Center. College Career Fairs. Does your School of major have companies that come onto campus to recruit?

I believe they do, but aren't those for graduates, and those looking for full time positions?

At the Career and Counselling center at my university, you could be a bum off the street and read the postings. A lot of companies will use this office for recruitment.

Also, just cold-call companies or visit their websites. I usually just start a list of companies and check the job/career section on their website. Search often adnd remember that applications may take 3-6 months before you hear anything.

Craigslist is the best site to look for job listings. You can also look on Monster and Careerbuilder.
