Getting a free i7 920. What motherboard/ram for under $300?

I'm building a system for a friend and he's paying me in an i7 920. I'm debating on selling it or just keeping it, but if I can put together a good mobo/ram for under $300, i'll just sell my current X3 720/mobo/ram combo to a friend and get a cheap upgrade.

I'm new to the whole i7 deal but I'm thinking about:

Is this okay, or is there anything obvious I am missing?

This Ram: OCZ Gold 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Low Voltage Desktop Memory Model OCZ3G1600LV6GK - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227365

That memory may be "low voltage" compared to the rest of the OCZ DDR3 line-up, but it's rated higher than the JEDEC DDR3 voltage standard of 1.5v

Well honestly I don't care about the voltage, it just seemed like a decent deal on some ram.
