To get a AAA discount at a hotel you have to be a card holder. I'm not but my brother, who is staying in the same room, happens to be a member. If I book the room in my name for two people, and he stays with me, can we get the discount still? Here is what the hotel website says about this issu:
"AAA members get Preferred Rates, members of the American Automobile Association and the Canadian Automobile Association receive the preferred rate at any Choice Hotel. This rate is eligible for Choice Privileges points at Comfort Inn, Comfort Suites, Quality, Sleep Inn, Clarion and MainStay Suites hotels, EA$Y CHOICE stamps at Econo Lodge and Rodeway Inn hotels or airline miles at all brands in the U.S. There must be a member in the room to receive the discount."
Judging from the last sentence, we should get the discount, right?
