Question Getting 3000MT on 2200G

So i bough myself a new ryzen kit consisting of 2200G, B450M DS3H and 3000mt hynix mfr ram (viper4). all is peachy BUT i cannot for the life of me get this thing running STABLE on rated ram spec.

Things i tried already:
-xmp profile (most unstable, barely boost windows)
-custom latencies via ryzen dram calc (little better, still unstable)
-upped vsoc to 1,2v, dram to 1,4v, downclock to 2800mt kinda stable (1000% hci coverage ok, karhus memtest fails at 1500%)

downclocked back to 2666mt seems to be stable on stock voltages and custom timings (havent tested much, but seems stable).

any ideas how to get to 3000mt ? i know its not an ideal combo, but QVL does state compatibility.
