Getting 2k to work with a newer sony vaio

I have a sony vaio grx-550, which came with XP installed. I'm trying to put 2k on it - i have most everything working, except for 3 devices that can't find drivers anywhere. One of them is the laptop keyboard shortcuts (to change the contrast/brightness etc), which I would really like active. Another is the memory stick slot which I don't really care about for now, and I'm not sure what the last one is (shows up as unknown device in the device manager).

I can't find any drivers for the keyboard, and i'm not sure what I could do to get it working. Do you guys have any ideas? anyone done this before, and gotten these three things working?
