gettin a sapphire 9700, want heatsinks on it. which ones?

i am soon buying a sapphire9700 pro.
i am planning on putting some heatsinks on it so i can overclock the memory on it.
which heatsinks should i get, as theres loads out. which are the best.

i have some thermaltake DDR heatsinks attached to my old GTS that i dont use, should i remove these and put them on?

use the Tweakmonster BGA ramsinks, they fit perfectly
and are copper underneath. I got mine here
but other places sell them also.
