Anyone not satisfied with Steam's sale on Anno 2070 can pick up the deluxe version for less than $20 and the standard version for less than $14.

Nevermind to my second question above then. But what is uplay?

Same here. It uses uplay, so I think you have to use that client to download and install it once you purchase. Its Ubisoft's client

Screw that.

Will wait to see if Steam gets close to that, if not - guess I won't buy it

I'll hold off too - In for Max Payne 3 @ $30, heard the campaign was awesome
