Take Two Tylenol Simply Sleep and if you have a backache or headache then take two tylenol PMs inplace of Simply Sleep. The generic chemical name for it is DIPHENHYDRAMINE HCL and it can be found in a both Tylenol PM, Simply Sleep, and Generic Store Brand 50mg should do the job in a jiffy, but I should note that smaller people or drug sensitive persons will get the same reaction from 25mg. But if you are an average male over 150LBS then 50MG will put the sheep out to pasture.

Good adivce. Sometimes eventhough I am tired I find myself thinking about a million different things when tring to fall asleep. So I'll try to focus on something really simple like black nothingness or my pillow and just focus on that until my brain calms down.
