I'm at work right now.
Lady just called me up, wanted me to reverse a late charge on her loan, her excuse was she forgot to pay it.
Granted she has never been late on it, I wanted the payment made to the account at that time I would look into reversing the late charge or after she made the payment.
She gets all mad right.. I've been with your company for 20 years blah blah blah...
On monday I'm going to call your CEO!!!! She then hung up!

MUAH MUAH MUAH!!!!!!!!!!! What a SMACKTARD

Sweet! I wonder if this would be considered misconduct if they fired me, unemployment eligibility is my concern. What do you guys think?

I'm definetley not sweating losing my job over a moron, if it happens it does I just want to reap benefits!
:D

If you're following your company's SOP, then they'll have no grounds to fire you. If they do fire you and you were following protocol, hire a lawyer.

Yup, I agree. Also, if you acted professionally with her, then I wouldn't loose sleep over it.

As long as they fire you, and you didn't do anything illegal to invalidate it, you are entitle to unemployment.

End of story.

Why? Unemployment will only give you a fraction of your pay for up to 6 months. If they wrongfully terminate you, a lawyer will get you all you pay, plus damage, for the rest of your life.

The rest of your life? Incorrect.

Just pointing that out so no one gets their hopes up unnecessarily.

It's amazing how much money you can make off of pain and suffering, and mental anguish. :D

Of course I was just kidding....

I don't know if I could do that, it's a non profit org, I guess a lawyer could convince me to do so.

I asked my direct supervisor if I handled the situation properly, she said that I did.

A manager with an agenda can always fabricate evidence of misconduct as well as lie outright over the cause of your termination.
I was terminated from my last job allegedly for " failing to properly fill out expense forms for reimbursment for personal funds spent to have their CS phone line installed in my condo. W T F?!?! The accountant was ready to pay me, mangler was just stringing me along, as he did with my replacement and other vendors. I was told by this same mangler to have the line installed and then they would re-imburse me. DOH, shouldn't have done that.....
I torched the bridge that led back to him. And I stand on the ashes challenging him to try and F*^% with me again. :|
S C R E W that bald headed,9 fingered, fat old POS.
< sorry, Inner dialoge coming out........ :D
