Get The Ti4200 now and upgrade in June?

What should I Do?

1) Get the PNY Ti4200 from CompUSA for $100 after rebates...and upgrade in June to the GF FX
2) Wait until February and get the high priced GeForce FX 5800 Ultra...

I'm leaning toward option one...what do you think? I can still run Unreal Tournament 2003 a lot better than the damn compaq with a GeForce2 MX...BTW, what are some optimal settings for a Ti4200 in UT2k3? Thanks for any suggestions!

Go for it. I can't say anything good about PNY video cards (my only two experiences were defective products), but for that price, go for it. They do have a lifetime warranty.

One of the biggest elements of frame rates in UT2k3 is your processor. If you are running a decent processor, it might be a good idea to wait off until the FX Ultra. Otherwise, get the ti4200.

There are no "optimal settings". Basically, you should play around with the graphic detail until you find a medium between graphics you can tolerate and decent frames.
