Get the new Trillian ver .723, works with AIM again

and that old TOC protocol server was put down, the other clients use the java based client's server, but I tried that with trillian, it doesn't work

Even with version .724, I'm still getting that stupid flap error. Same thing with .723 and .722 before it. <Sigh>
