I think i found it.......Go to Regedit\Hkey current user\software\Mirabilis\Icq\default prefs\Data files.In Data files,modify Banner,datafiles,and Partner to show no value.
Then go to Hkey current user\software\Mirabilis\Icq\default prefs\updated files and in Datafiles,modify the Path value to no value.Also in the Partner key,modify the Transaction value to &quot;No&quot; you may also make the Path and Relative Path have no value.You must also delete the Partner file in the ICQ Directory!
When i say&quot;modify to no value&quot; i mean simply delete the existing one.LMK😀
 
Nice try, but after all of that (and more!), I still have my banner on my File Transfer dialog box. I think SonOfZeuz's hacking will eventually take care of the problem, and I'll be sticking to the main thread on this subject for that.
