Hmm there was an aritcle in WIRED not too long ago about a different kind of "new boob job" where there was some sort of "wire mesh" under the breast that worked as a permenant pushup bra type of thing... regardless... leave 'em natural as Toasted said
 
I'd not be so against them if womens would learn to get ones that "enhance" their appearance, instead of putting huge balloons on their chest.

Ahh, the titanium bra.😛 It's not so much an implant for making anything bigger, it's just a permanent bra for women with very large breasts, where the strain caused by wearing a traditional bra would be a sizable burden.
 
Yeesh. I wish people would stop getting breast implants. But since it's never going to happen, ones that look more natural are a bonus in my book.
