GET OUT AND VOTE!

Please get out and vote. Whether you are Republican, Democrat, Black, White, Yellow, Green, it's important to exercise your right to have a say in government.

It's sad that young people don't vote much, because in the end everything that's happening today can come and bite us in the arse in the future.

Please bump this message if you get a chance.

Already voted. Left work at 0500 and arrived to the poll right before opening at 0557. I chose the Diebold machine. Lots of people were doing the old paper ballot. This was in Stafford, VA.

Sorry, I don't vote.

It's people like you.........

I'm going to vote after work, I live in one of the 25 towns in CT that get to test out the new voting machines. 🙂

Need to add an addendum that you need to be aware of what you are voting for before you vote...

Exactly. Voting just because everyone tells you that you have to is much worse than not voting at all. If you really don't care (like I don't), then just don't vote.

Voted! Thank god they took out the Diebold machines - it was paper ballots with an electronic counter thing - I feel much safer with that.

In case you haven't heard some engy guys figured out all it takes to open the Diebold machine is a hotel minibar key commonly found on the net - so I would choose paper if you can!

Thats lame. You only don't care because you have the privilege to live a comfortable life in a materialistic society. If you were in a country with a civil war, genocide, or rampant poverty - you would loooove to vote.

Pff....spare me. I don't follow elections, would you rather me walk in there blindfolded and pull random levers? Yeah...probably not.

I hate how everyone stereotypes non-voters as lazy bums who don't care about politics. Lame.

What would you stereotype them as? 😕

Why do you want to stereotype? Some are lazy bums, yes. I've met many who are very smart, active within their community, and know more about politics and political history than most of the people running for office.

Does anyone know of a nationwide site that has all the voting locations?

Just do a google search for your state Secretary of State. Their site will have the voting locations. If you look up your registration, it will tell you where you need to go to vote.

no, no, you guys just keep playing WoW and Halo 2, no need to worry about politics until you mature
