In case you didn't see it, The Wall Street Journal, on November 13, had a front page article about Ms. Laura Betterly's spam operation / business. She is quoted as saying, when asked for her rationalization for sending spam, "I'm just trying to make a living...".

How about that ? and we have to put up with her garbage and waste our time...time better spent here at AT....😀

Any way, I was able to find out her email address; it is:

I think it would be just great if all 102,321 AT members would send her at least 1 (maybe more 😉) email perhaps on one day, or maybe each day to show her who's boss !!! or maybe the AT effect 😀

However, I also suggest that before doing so, you make sure you forward any of your spam to one of those free...hmmm...email addys and then send the spam(s) to her from there; this way if they bounce or if she adds your free email addy to her list, at least your main email addy won't appear on her server. I would think this would work just nicely.

Just a thought. I'm no expert, but if the above is done and someone follows the above, won't a person's main email addy show up in the source or email addy trail info that can be seen by showing the headers or whatever it's called ?

Any thoughts ?

Maybe a person can remove it before sending the spam back or to her from the free email addy ?

you know, she is only sending emails to those who have chosen to receive it. i think our efforts are better focused on those that actually send unsolicited emails
