If you’re in a McDonald’s and you haven’t ordered yet, you’re Burger King’s target audience at the moment. The company is offering Whoppers for one penny to anyone who orders via their app while standing inside a McDonald’s, according to CNBC. The promotion is meant for the app’s relaunch—it uses geofencing to determine if you are within 600 feet of a McDonald’s. So really, you just need to be in the parking lot.

Did it the other day. They whacked me 60 seconds to add cheese. So 61 cents, lol. Also, apparently, the McDonalds app lets you buy a drink for $1 and fries for $1, so you can have a whole meal for $2.01. Not bad, not bad!

Interesting, I've got a McD's and a BK down the street from each other here. I just used a (paper, remember that stuff) coupon to get B1G1 Whoppers.

I believe you can do drive-through, walk-in pickup, or walk-in dine-in. I've only ever used the drive-through. You just say you ordered online & give them the order number, then drive through to pick it up. You pre-pay through the app, so you really only have to wait if there's a line or if you got there faster than they made your food. Surprisingly convenient, especially since their app always has good deals!

Yeah, a Whopper with cheese is my go-to, pretty tasty!
