Get a quiet PC w/ adequate cooling

I recently built a new computer using parts w/ stock fans. I accidently fried the PSU when I plugged it into the wrong socket and therefor need to replace it. The temporary replacement PSU (QTec 650W) made an already noise system even more noise. My ears and head hurt after just being on the computer for a few minutes. I thought it might be a good idea to make the system more quiet when I'm getting a new permanent PSU anyway.

My system is the following:

Case: ANTEC TX640B Minitower
PSU: QTec 650W Tri-fan (fried the 400W Antec SmartPowerII)
VGA: Sapphire Radeon X800 w/ stock fan
MB: MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum w/ stock NB fan (very noisy)
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3000+ w/ stock fan
HD: Seagate 7200.8 250GB
FAN: 120mm Antec Tri-speed

I'm thinking about getting:

SeaSonic S12-380 ATX12V 380W (to replace the QTec PSU)
ZALMAN FB123 92mm Fan (in case CPU duct, on low speed mode)
ZALMAN ZM-F1 80mm Fan (1 in case next to VGA, 2 in front of case, all on low speed mode)
ZALMAN ZM-NB47J NB Cooler (passive heatsink to replace very noisy stock fan)
ZALMAN CNPS7700-CU 120mm CPU Fan/Heatsink (to replace stock fan/heatsink)
ZALMAN VF700-CU VGA Cooler (to replace stock fan/heatsink)

WDYT? I want a quiet system, I do not plan to overclock, and once the system is put together it will not be moved for about 3 years. TIA!

What you should do is to replace your case with one that uses 120mm fans, such as the Antec SLK3000B ($50 shipped from Amazon). All the 80mm and 92mm fans... just a front and rear 120mm setup would work great for case cooling with the right case.

Get any Sea Sonic S12 series power supply, or Fortron FSP----GLN series power supply, or any other one marketed as "quiet" and with a single big fan.

Replace the Northbridge fan as you have planned. Consider getting a passive cooler such as the Scythe Ninja or Thermaltake Sonic Tower for your non-overclocked A64 3000+. Consider getting a passive cooler for your video card. IIRC the X800 and X800XL uses an .11um process unlike the rest of the X800-series using .13um, meaning they run cooler.
