I am really freaking embarassed. I ordered this deal for my wife and they are roses the likes of which roadside crackhead vendors could not sell. The tips are dried or perhaps burned by cold and they were pre-wilted to the point that the buds are hanging down. I tried pulling back some of the "protective outer petals" as suggested by the instructions but the ones with the tips burnt (about half) were the size of wild rosebuds before I got past the damaged part. Man I guess you get what you pay for. At least my wife was just glad I bought her some roses.

Sucks to be you guys... my mom is a florist and she has always helped me out. Do u know how much u guys are getting ripped off? Good quality roses long stem should be around 40 for 2 dozens during valentine. that is wholesale i mean. As for regular u can buy like 3 dozen for like 15 bucks so u know now how much florist are really ripping people off/

Thats funny! If you knew of so many better deals than this one where they would FedEx OVERNIGHT a dozen roses for $35.00 then why didn't you post the deal here? Remember, many of us were sending roses out of state. I sent a dozen to my Grandmother but she never mentioned anything about the quality. Maybe just your batch was bad?

Your Grandmother could be like my wife. She would not have said anything about quality but I was unhappy right away. It could be they got left out in the cold to long from the looks of them. Guys I work with were paying 40-70 bux at lunch today scramblin for thier lives so I feel this was potentially a good deal if the quality had been there. We'l see how customer service handles the situation.

As for the price they gotta make money somehow. I know you can get stuff wholesale for less, but since I don't have the florist connection going on I'll have to get gouged. So be it.
