I picked this up about a week ago.

It's functional and large enough to hold all my computer stuff (two printers, scanner, postage scale, monitor, speakers, phone, lamp, external burner, plus a spot for lots of my CD's) and still gives me a little work space since the keyboard is underneath in the sliding drawer.

I checked this desk out awhile back and its just wide enough for the basic keyboard.

Kinda flimsy keyboard holder i thought. I searched the store for an hour trying to find the perfect desk and settled for this.

First off, I didn't torture him, I killed him with a bat, it was rather quick and probably only hurt him once. I didn't burn him with a magnifying glass or anything first, I yanked him out with pliers and smashed him with a bat. The damn thing did a lot of damage to my property and I sure as hell wasn't gonna spank him and "set him free" to do it again. Rat poison would make him suffer a lot more, and die in my house somewhere and stink like crap. What is the the correct way to kill a rodent?

2nd, Yes I do hunt every year, deer and elk, and I kill with one shot. I have only injured an animal once and tracked him down and shot him in the head so he wouldn't suffer anymore than he had too. It doesn't make me feel manly or anything, and in fact, i really don't feel good about killing a pretty deer, but I like the meat, its good for me, tastes good, and the only way to get elk meat and venison is to hunt, so I do.
It's no more repulsive than fattening up cattle, locking their heads up in a metal grate and slitting their throat so you can get a 49 cent cheeseburger at McDonalds. I'm actually a believer in the population control theory too. I live where the forest meets the city, and see dead deer on the side of the road on a weekly basis because of cars and trucks. They come down from the woods cuz they are hungry. If hunting wasn't allowed, it would be 10x worse. Since deers natural predators are diminishing as well, the deer population flourishes and they come down from the hills looking for food.
Deer + Highway = Not good.

Bought this for $140 last year.
This sucker is big and heavy. Smashed my toe dragging it into the apt.
It measures something like 6' long on the long ends.
It comes with all the tools you need. You need a lot of room to assemble it though.

I removed the keyboard thing...keeps hitting my armrest.

comm, but im sure when you yanked the mouse out, you could have broken his arm. the space was so tight, and the pliers probably smashed his hand. also, there were two bat hits.

as for hunting, i might not agree with it, but at least you acknowledge the fact that you dont like the actual process. you hunt for the food, not the "sport".
