They currently have this but the 20% is not currently working properly. They are aware of this and are currently working on it. The CSR was told that it should be up and working properly in a day or two. You see the MSN passport log on the bottom right hand side at the login prompt at the checkout page. Man.....I'm going to go broke this X-mas! Good hunting!

FloridaBoy: Just want to make sure here... you called, and they said there is definitely going to be a 20% off deal going on?

Microsoft Passport is used on HUNDREDS of sites. Only a few are participating in the 20% off promotion.

I doubt that Buy.com will be listed as an MSN Passport 20% off merchant but then again I could be wrong (never thought they would list Dell Computers).

So "just in case" I'm gonna wait until Friday night before placing my "returning new" customer using a $30 off $150 coupon and free shipping.

20% off will be FLAMING HOT!

Well, I went ahead and called customer service again. Here's the deal, instead of offering 20% off they will be offering points????? Don't ask what this means, the CSR didn't know either. Sorry for getting everyone's hopes so high.

The MSN reps are not very much informed what's going on. I did the chat too and the rep asked me ten times if I got the store correct (Buy.com!!!) as she did not recognize it as a store at all. She said that BestBuy.com is on 20%??????
Bullshit.
