Germans - help ID this old bank note for me....

Got this old note - date looks like 1910. Can anyone tell me what it says, or what denomination it is? Its probably worth nothing, but it looks cool. Thanks.

On the lower half, right below the big "1000", is written:

"Berlin, den 21. April 1910"

Good guess 😉 According to this thread it is worth 0.15? (approximately $0.19). In mint condition it would be about 1.50?. The fissure may make it entirely worthless to a collector though.
