...and find a golden opportunity to steal it.

Berlin police say thieves broke into the German capital's Bode Museum and made off with a massive 100-kilogram gold coin issued by the Royal Canadian Mint that's worth millions.

Of course, its face value is still relatively worthless.

It has a face value of $1 million, but by weight alone it would be worth approximately $4 million US at market prices.

Looks like they may have been caught, though.

Kind of funny story, I was in Vancouver a couple years ago and put like 75cents i had in some bummy looking street performers handout bin. He looked all pissed and pointed a to a sign I hadn't seen next to it that said "No small change". Even the bums don't want Canadian change.
