German ISDN PCMCIA card replacement

The user works from Germany and use ISDN over there. She had a ANYCOM ISDN hot64K PCMCIA card before I lost it 🙁

I am hoping that I can just replace it with a UK IDSN is this ok?

If so do I need some kind of RJ45 adaptor on the end?
