I fail to see how this can be debated.

KNOWING you have a communicable disease and not informing your partner is wrong, and I'm happy she's being charged. She possibly ruined someone's life (or multiple lives) because she didn't give a fuck, and now she must pay the price.

This is what happens when you trust a Kraut to do anything but make beer or razors.

I saw an article about an 18 year old porn star who swallows 1 liter a day.
I googled this one. Discussion on porn forums is hilarious.

(from a porn forum I won't link to)

For American porn stars:

Most cum in one scene - got to be Leah Luv for the moment...

Most cum in a career - I'd go with Gia Paloma. She's done GSOI2 (25 guys), Mouth Meat 1 (23 guys) and Mouth Meat 2 (27 guys).

That's 75 loads in just three out of over two hundred movies she's done and still going strong!

Name one other disease that is criminalized.

The ONLY reason HIV is criminalized is because people don't want to take responsibility for their own safety. Enough people have had careless sex out there that this lynch mob forms everytime we hear a story like this and stupid laws are passed.

HIV is EASILY avoided, even when having sex with an infected person. It's one of the most easily avoided STDs out there.

A) Irrelevant. The others may be legal, but it doesn't make this HIV case less wrong.

B) I think knowingly transmitting other STDs should be illegal too. The more severe the STD, the more severe the penalty. Fair? :)

Did you stop to think about the consequences of criminalizing any disease? Do you think that making a disease criminal will help, or hamper efforts to control it?

I'll answer for you. Criminalizing a disease has an even more dramatic negative effect on it's spread than public shame. It drives people to be even more secretive about it and puts it firmly underground where it spreads like wildfire.

The MAIN reason STDs have not been eradicated is the SHAME involved. Add to that shame criminalization and you have a perfect storm on your hands.

Think about it. We have overcome just about EVERY preventable communicable disease, except STDs. And there is one reason why: Shame keeps people from being tested and treated. Shame also kept research dollars from being used to create vaccines and effective treatments for decades.

So yeah, criminalizing it will make it all better... NOT!

ABBA. Lulu, Patricia Kaas, Cliff Richard, France Gall, Lara Fabian, the New Seekers, Olivia Newton-John, and Céline Dion also participated in Eurovision. BTW, the contest is between the songs, not the performers.

you realize that none of this helps your case, right? ...whatever that may be. :hmm:

i don't think HIV can be transmitted from woman to man like that.

HIV needs to be projected into the body, ie man to woman, man to man, through the act of shooting a load.

Think of it, there's no fluids going from the woman into the man, not like there's some super HIV that can swim up your peehole.

Edit, yet Magic did take one in the ass

Holy Fuck. I too will quote this comment just for the public record of how idiotic and socially dangerous this statement is.

Is your name Jakob Zuma?

I fail to see how this can be debated.

KNOWING you have a communicable and incurable disease and not informing your partner is wrong, and I'm happy she's being charged. She possibly ruined someone's life (or multiple lives) because she didn't give a fuck, and now she must pay the price.

fixed.

And amused is flat out wrong. HIV isn't criminalized. It's deception (leading people to think you're clean of STDs) or negligence (failing to disclose to partners) which is the reason people get charged, not that they have HIV.

I'm sure if I bothered to do a search that quite a few people get charged for facilitating incurable diseases / deaths....such as Kervorkian's assisted suicide, or the guy who went in suicide chatrooms pretending to be suicidal and convincing impressionable, likeminded individuals to form a pact and kill themselves.

There is not one person in here that would turn down a woman who showed the goods like this. Not one.

I'd leave my girl for that...lol good one.

An HIV-positive pop star broke down in tears on Thursday after a German court handed her a two-year suspended sentence for infecting a former sex partner with the virus. The court in Darmstadt, western Germany, convicted 28-year-old Nadja Benaissa, a member of girl group No Angels, on one count of grievous bodily harm and two counts of attempted bodily harm.
Presiding judge Dennis Wacker also ordered her to do 300 hours of community service.

Jeez, no jail time for perhaps killing someone? That is some light sentence.
