These companies are making that big show because they know that the new laws adversely affect their business. Delta, for example, is dependent on international travelers who are likely to be immigrants. MLB has a large fanbase among the same demographics that Republicans openly say shouldn't be allowed to vote. These companies aren't "woke," that's a catchphrase for morons who also want you to believe they liked RATM before they got too political. This is business. Just like Heart of Atlanta was business. And racism, especially politicized racism, is bad for business. Because minorities are consumers too. And that's why corporate America is turning its back on the GOP right now. And rightfully so.
