OK so I googled it. Per a PBS article, The Jetsons started in 1962 and was set 100 years in the future. At least once in the first season it mentioned George was forty years old, which would mean he was born in 2022. But apparently there was never anything said about what was his actual specific birthdate.

That episode was made on his real 40th birthday, so the original airdate would be the clue. Great costume work and the lighting was top notch, but the kids were real primadonnas backstage I hear. Fun fact - George swapped out the motor in their flying car with a Max Wedge later in the season.
