I have a older 96 Geo Prizm with 1.6 and for some reason when the temps outside are freezing the engine will not start. It cranks but thats it like its not getting any fire/gas. Starts fine once it warms up outside. Was told it could be the cold start valve but from what I read the 96 1.6 doesn't have one. Any suggestions?
Its had a tune up(plugs, wires,ect) way before this started.
