Gentoo or Debian ?

hello all..

just wondering has anyone have use either Gentoo or Debian ? which one do you think is more similar to BLAG ? BLAG is what I've been using for 4 months now.. and it looks like this..

Reminds me a little of Ubuntu....

I think it is hard to specifically say, since its just a GUI. Gentoo doesn't have a GUI that it comes with...after you do the install (and the documentation to do it is wonderful!) you yourself have to setup an enviornment. Even Debian has no preference to KDE or Gnome
 
Any distro that comes with Gnome will look like that. Fedora Core and Ubuntu both use Gnome by default.
