It's been at least two months since they put the lines in around my neighborhood, and it's still not *available* to me. Don't know what the heck the delay is, either. I wish you better luck.

really want FIOS! Comcrap started this new thing called Service Protection Plan or something like that. Costs $2 extra per billing cycle. If you dont have that, they charge you $24.70 everytime something goes wrong that requires them to send out a tech to your house (when rep cant help me over the phone). You get charged as soon as you put in the request for the tech to come over. Tech comes over and if he decides that its a problem with their equipment (the cable box or something outside of the house) then you get the $24.70 refunded back to you. Its not considered their fault if a wire inside your house that they provided goes bad. Comcrap FTL
