Generic PWR/Reset FPAudio + USB 5.25" front panels?

My old Cooler Master Stacker STC-T01 had all that stuff on a 5.25" bay device that could be moved up and down to any of the 5.25" bays. It's a bit old, probably doesn't support HDAudio, has 6 USB1.1/2.0 ports (a TON for the time) with no USB3.0, and has crap I don't need anymore (like IEEE1394 Firewire).

I've found lots of DIY case-builder's stuff like motherboard trays and such so I thought I would find a ton of generic replacement options. Unfortunately, nothing I see on eBay has more than two USB3.0 ports and none have Power/Reset. They all have card readers I don't want and have no way to mount a SSD or anything cool.

I would expect all these fancy fan controller makers to want to expand their market with things like this but it seems not. Anyone know of anything like it?

It looks like SilverStone makes silver and black colored versions of a 3.5" bay device with 4xUSB3 and HD audio (FP32-E). I ordered the SST-FP32B-E (black version). It's kind of expensive at Newegg and Performance-PCs.com at $25, but it's the closest fit to what I'm looking for. There is plenty of room to add power/reset or fan controller knobs but I still have 6xUSB2 ports so I'm going to see if I can keep the original 5.25" FPIO panel too (block off 1294 Firewire and old non-HD audio).

Edit: Oh! There's no 2.5" mount either.
