Generic Host Process for Win32 Services

I get this message every once in a while, it happens exactly on Windows startup after I enter the password to login.

I have Windows XP SP2, I checked for viruses and spyware, didn't find anything.

Weird thing is that I don't have any problem using my computer after I see this message, I can connect to the internet, play games and do whatever so I don't understand what this thing problem.

I searched on google and couldn't find a good answer, most of the results on google are posts like this asking what is wrong with their OS and no one of the replies seem to know exactly what's wrong.

Also, I couldn't find anyone who had the exact Error signature as I have, most of the posts I found on google had different AppVer, ModName, ModVer and offset, which I have 0000 for all of those, I don't understand why I have "sz" infront of AppName and the rest.

So I am trying here to see if anyone might be able to know what to do about this.

Thanks.

Look at your service list? Any set to automatic that aren't running? (some will stop themselves, but it's a place to start looking, one of them is crashing shortly after login)

Happens on a TON of different systems with nothing in common between them. Only started happening for me after the February hotfixes put out for MS. Happens quite often when NAV2005 initially loads up.
