Ok, I recently formatted my machine.
-Re-installed WinXP Home
-got ALL updates for XP
-installed Office SB 2003
-got ALL updates for Office
-downloaded/bought Norton Internet Security Professional 2004
-Got ALL updates for Norton
-did full scan
-rebooted, got error

Recently I rebooted, and I received the error displayed in the topic. I searched with google and the only reference I found was something about old HP drivers. I have no printer installed and the machine was working perfectly before the format. It only started after I finished the Norton install/update. I then found one reference with the same symptoms as mine, and the solution was to change the update time from time.windows.com to time.nist.gov . I did that and poof no more problem. Can someone please explain what's going on. Thanks so much.
