Generic Bios Flash for MP440BX??

Recently purchased a Gateway MP440BX for an extra P2 400 processor I had. I have setup a decent little system without any problems. I found an updated bios on Gateway's site, but was wondering if anybody has found a non OEM bios flash for this board. I have searched Intel's site, but did not want to just start trying bios updates. I can't stand seeing the Gatewway bios when I boot the system.

With very few exceptions, you cannot use a 'generic' bios. Vendors start out with a generic BIOS then customize it for their specific board.
