Generation numbers

Now that Intel brought out Coffee Lake refresh as 9900k (a 9th gen chip) on its 14nm++ process, I have been looking for generation number on some other CL refreshes and come up empty. Specifically, in what generation will I find Whiskey Lake, Amber Lake, Comet Lake, Cascade Lake and Cooper Lake?
 
Whiskey and Amber is 8th gen.
Comet and Ice will be 9th gen presumably. Coffee Lake Refresh Refresh would probably still be 9th gen as well I'd have to think.
I'm assuming Cascade Lake-X will get cancelled and no also client parts for Cooper will be made.

Tiger would then be 10th gen or something brand new.
